This Form is only for removal of Signposts that were installed prior to us converting to UpSignDown.
Most of the signposts that are currently up have been most likely ordered on Upsigndown.
Before ordering a sign removal from this page, please log in to your Upsigndown account and click the menu heading "Signpost" to see a list of all your signs. If you see the location you are looking for, simply click on the green down arrow in the middle of that row to request your signpost removal.
If the address cannot be found on Upsigndown, and has been up for a year or more,, please complete the form on this page and we will schedule it for removal promptly.

Signpost Installation
Includes signpost, office/agent panels, & signpost removal. Some locations outside our normal service area may pay a higher fee.

Price includes wood post, sign panel, placement of riders requested at installation, and signpost removal when requested. Some areas outside our normal service are may pay a higher fee. You will be notified of any distance charges at time of order.

We are happy to store your office/agent sign panels and agent name riders. We keep them organized and clean to keep you looking good! F&SSigns will not be held responsible for tracking quantity, or of damaged or missing name panels or riders. Please notify us if you change your signs or riders, so we may pull the old signs from our inventory and return to you, or discard if you choose.

Invoices & Payment Terms
Payment Terms
Most all accounts require payment when the order is susubmitted unless a valid credit card is kept on file at all times for Auto payment or they are a high volume office that maintains a current balance. Please review or options listed below.
Any changes to your current terms can only be done by contacting Michelle at our office 847-438-4569.
Must Pay after Invoice
Most Agents/Offices are required to pay at the time they submit an order. Credit cards are accepted for payment and you have the option of saving your payment information for future orders or entering your payment with each order.
***For those clicking on the pay later option , please be aware that your order will not be scheduled for installation until payment has been processed.
Monthly Auto Pay
Monthly autopay is available only to those keeping a valid credit card on file at all times. An invoice for all orders submitted that month will be emailed to you at the end of each month. You will have 20 days to review your invoice before payment is automatically processed to your credit card on file . Those wishing to submit payment manually can mail us a check prior to the 20th to avoid payment charged to your credit card .
Invoice Later
Some High-Volume Agents/Offices can be invoiced at the end of each month with Net 20 terms. Accounts falling past due may revert to needing a payment at the time orders are submitted unless a valid credit card is kept on file at all times. Contact Michelle in our office for invoice later monthly invoicing.
Payment Methods
Credit cards are currently accepted on the Upsidedown App and website. Bank ACH is available by request by contacting our office.
For those of you that are on a monthly billing, you still have the option to send us a check prior to the 20th of the month.
